Royal Alexandra Theatre
Built in 1907, this beautiful heritage building is one of the oldest continuously operating theatres in North America. While most of the building does require stair-access (no elevator or escalator), accessible Orchestra seating, services and barrier-free washroom facilities are available on the main level.

This state-of-the-art playhouse, opened in 1993, is our most fully accessible venue. Lobby elevators provide access to all levels, with barrier-free washrooms and services available throughout the building and accessible seating on the Orchestra, Dress Circle and Balcony. Elevators, located beside the main entrance, provide access to the parking garage beneath the theatre, with ramps and automated doors on all levels (P1 east & west side; P2, P3, P4 east side) and designated accessible parking spaces (P1).
Building and Facility Map Seating Access GuideCAA Ed Mirvish Theatre
This heritage building, which opened in 1920 as a combination vaudeville-motion picture house, just recently celebrated its 100th birthday. Stair access is required for portions of the theatre, however the main lobby, with services and barrier-free washroom facilities, is accessible via the Victoria Street elevator/wheelchair lift. Accessible seating is available on the Orchestra level.
Building and Facility MapCAA Theatre
Originally a private residence, built in 1911, this building is now a state-of-the-art live theatre and concert venue. It features a lobby elevator with access to all levels, including barrier-free washroom facilities on the basement and balcony level. Accessible seating and services are available on the Orchestra level, along with limited special access seating on the Balcony.
